Magdalina started to paint in early childhood. She completed a
four-year course of art school for children, where she learned the
basics of art. In 1976, she was accepted to Krasnoyarsk Art College.
In 1981, she entered the Moscow Art College of V. Surikov, where
she mastered her skills in the basics of European art. Tamara
graduated from college with honors, and her graduation work was
recommended for a gold medal.In 1988, Tamara became an art instructor in Krasnoyarsk Art College and a Dean of the Art Department. Her works have been exhibited at national exhibitions in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Minsk and at international exhibitions in Scotland, Japan, Germany and Cyprus. Many of Tamara's works are part of private collections in Russia, Germany and Cyprus. She has worked not only in Russia, but also in Bulgaria, Italy, Israel and Cyprus. She is also schooled in traditional European techniques.
